AccertaWorX Enhancement Features

Accerta understands that your privacy and security are essential in today’s digital world. Here’s how we have enhanced your privacy and security:

• Enhanced RECAPTCHA security upon sign-in,
• Newly registered users will be issued a One Time Pin link that will expire after 24 hours,
• To reset your password, the security questions for your account must be set up,
• The password reset link will expire in 24 hours, and
• When downloading a file, a pop-up window will ask for confirmation before the download.

AccertaWorX Enhancement Functionality

Accerta has created new filters to help providers improve search results, find relevant information, and narrow their searches for more precise results. The new filters are available on the Claim tab to view claim history, payment history, and pre-d history. Here’s how providers can narrow their search:

• Filter the funnel results, and
• Select the specific parameters to view details.
