The Toll Permit Program was created in 1988 to address concerns raised regarding individuals who, due to an upper limb impairment, were unable to physically reach out to pay required tolls. Partnering with the SunPass Program allows individuals who qualify for the Toll Permit (orange permit sticker) to apply for a Non-Revenue SunPass Mini Transponder.
