This program manual is divided into six sections. Section 1, the system, is the working manual, which describes a structural approach to the research of a subject. A glossary of terms is provided in the second section. The third section, technical data, consists of support material for section 1. Section 4 contains worked examples of methods of assessment in road safety. Section 5 lists a comprehensive bibliography, and Section 6 reproduces the latest Department of Transport economic note.
